  • Vitamin C

 

Vitamin C is another option that has proved very effective in treating gum health. Studies have shown that if Vitamin C is in the least amount then there is high of getting gum disease.

You should include food vitamins like orange, kiwi, mango, strawberry, red pepper, broccoli, papaya, Brussels sprouts, and cantaloupe.
